You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your region. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Volty Habits helps you add friction to distracting apps and earn Unlock Minutes through eligible activities. Features, reward values, availability, device support, and activity rules can change as we improve the product.

App shielding depends on permissions and controls provided by your operating system. We cannot guarantee that every app, website, or circumvention method can be blocked in every situation.

Volty Habits is a habit and wellbeing product, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Activities may involve physical exertion. Use your judgement, choose a safe environment, follow local laws, stop if you feel pain or unwell, and seek professional advice when appropriate.

Do not look at or interact with your phone while moving where it would be unsafe. GPS and camera verification are not emergency, navigation, or safety services.

Volty Habits may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Price, currency, billing period, included features, and any trial will be displayed before purchase. Purchases are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and are subject to that store's terms.

Unless cancelled in your store settings at least 24 hours before renewal, a subscription may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel it through your store account. Refunds are handled under the applicable store's policies. Restoring purchases may require the same store account used originally.

You may not:

• cheat activity verification or manipulate rewards;
• harass others or misuse social features;
• attempt to access another person's account or private data;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the service except where law permits;
• use the service for unlawful, unsafe, or fraudulent purposes.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend rewards, or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain fair play, or enforce these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. Information shared through friends, rankings, or other social features may be visible to the audiences described in the app.

The Volty Habits name, mascot, visual design, software, text, graphics, and other service materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, not ownership of it.

The service integrates third parties such as app stores, Convex, Mapbox, RevenueCat, and optional AI providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta features. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms and will post a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost data, or lost profits arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us through the service in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You may stop using Volty Habits at any time. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.
